The entertainment industry is for ever changing, very much like the web and internet industry. As such, Shades Events decided it was high time they revamped their existing website, and at the same time make it easier for the people attending the parties it runs to get in on the action. We decided that migrating from the existing Joomla platform that hosted the old Shades Events website was a good move. WordPress was chosen as the new engine to host the site. With its easy to use features and wide variety of addons and enhancements it was the simple choice.
About Shades Events
We are highly Experienced wedding DJ’s, birthday DJ’s, corporate DJ’s & corporate entertainers. We offer a variation of Packages for the corporate market for summer parties and Christmas parties. Our work is mainly in London and surrounding counties although we are happy to travel nationwide and have regularly worked abroad.
Our most popular service would be the Video Disco Hire package. This includes a large mobile disco hire setup, a Video DJ and a photographer. Video DJ’s are becoming more and more popular for all events. Our Mobile Video Disco packages are now worldwide. Our Mobile Video DJ’s even travel through out Europe. We mainly supply Mobile Video Disco Hire to London, Kent, Essex, Sussex & Surrey.
Techize developed and host the entire system for Shades Events, including the very popular Party Paparazzi Photo Gallery which has over 30,000 photos! Bandwidth and Diskspace were a major concern for hosting such a large and popular website, but Techize once again managed to solve the issue with super fast servers and unrestricted diskspace for all the photos.
